How do I change the bank account my Direct Debit is collected from?
To change the bank account from which your Direct Debit is collected simply call us on 03457 455 455*. Please do not send bank account details via email.
*Phone lines open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
